    CRA/Rayphand Reply To Recent Fund/Huesman Antics

    Ninth Circuit Court Dismisses Fund Attorneys’ Appeal

    Following the 13 October 2011 oral argument before a three justice Ninth Circuit panel in Honolulu, The Ninth Circuit Court has dismissed the NMIRF Attorneys' Appeal and required payment of appellate costs to Roe/Doe plaintiffs/appellees(Ninth Circuit Dismisses Appeal 10-15427).  Jane Roe & John Doe have been represented by Bruce Jorgensen.     Fund Attorneys’ Motion to Remand Taken Off the Calendar

    Dave, This is the other Dave- (Sablan). I have been closely monitoring the activity of the NMIRF.  I am convinced that if anything is going to happen in favor of the CRA/DB members, it is going to be in the U.S. District Court.  I am aware that you, Tina and Sapuro and others are on the forefront of this movement.
