    Following the 13 October 2011 oral argument before a three justice Ninth Circuit panel in Honolulu, The Ninth Circuit Court has dismissed the NMIRF Attorneys' Appeal and required payment of appellate costs to Roe/Doe plaintiffs/appellees(Ninth Circuit Dismisses Appeal 10-15427).  Jane Roe & John Doe have been represented by Bruce Jorgensen.
