Adding to the growing list of interested parties opposing the NMIRF’s decision to file bankruptcy, the Creditors Committee has also voted unanimously to dismiss the case.
The Creditors Committee is a group that was appointed to represent and speak on behalf of the Retirees and Active Employees of the DBP. Sapuro Rayphand, Mariano Taitano, Roman B. Tudela, Christopher Leon Guerrero, Barbara Torres, Juan Cepeda and Paul Joyce are the members of the committee that was assembled by the U.S. Trustee.
